Privacy Policy
This policy describes the information handled by the Toolshub.pro website based on its current application implementation. Service and hosting configurations can affect processing beyond what is visible in the website source.

Information you may provide
Searches and filters on the tools directory are handled in the browser. On the all-tools page, search, category, and type filters may also appear in the page URL and browser history.
The built-in Word Counter, QR Code Generator, Image Resizer, and EMI Calculator process their text, selected image, or financial inputs in the browser. The utilities do not send those inputs to a Toolshub processing service or save them as part of their calculation. The EMI Calculator does not transmit or store the amount, rate, or tenure you enter.
The public tool-submission interface is currently unavailable and does not accept or send submission details.
For authorized administration, an administrator may enter sign-in credentials. The sign-in request is sent to the configured Supabase Auth service. The browser stores the resulting access and refresh session tokens and session metadata in local storage; the application does not store the password in that session entry. Authorized catalog and editorial changes are sent to the configured Supabase database and may remain there according to that service's configuration and retention practices.
Browser-based utility processing
Utility inputs are held in browser memory while the relevant page is open. The Image Resizer uses the browser to read and resize the selected image; its temporary object URLs are released by the page. Text, QR content, and EMI figures are calculated or rendered locally by the corresponding utility.
If you use a shared device, close the page when finished. For administrative sessions, sign out on shared devices. Browser extensions, device software, and browser history are outside Toolshub's control.
Hosting and technical request information
Like other websites, requests to Toolshub pass through hosting, network, and possibly content-delivery services. Those providers may receive technical request information such as an IP address, requested URL (including a search query when present), browser or device details, referrer, timestamp, and response status for delivery, security, or troubleshooting.
The deployment provider's exact log fields, any additional edge processing, and log-retention periods are not specified in the application repository and have not been verified for this policy. Check the active hosting and CDN configuration and provider terms for those details.
Cookies, local storage, analytics, and advertising
The application source reviewed for this policy does not access the browser cookie API. It does use browser local storage for the administrator authentication session described above. Hosting or third-party services may apply their own technical storage or cookies; their use depends on the active service configuration.
No analytics or advertising integration was found in the application source reviewed. This does not rule out analytics, advertising, or cookies configured outside that source, for example by a hosting or CDN account. Such deployment-level settings should be checked before publication and this policy updated if they are enabled.
External tools and other service providers
The directory links to external AI tools and other third-party websites. If you follow a link, the destination provider handles your visit and any information you choose to share under its own privacy policy and terms.
When configured, Toolshub uses Supabase services for public directory data and for administrator authentication and data operations. Requests to those services are sent to the configured Supabase project. The providers' processing, security, and retention terms apply to information they handle. Toolshub does not send internal utility inputs to Supabase as part of their calculations.
Images or other resources supplied by external providers may be requested from their hosts by your browser. Those hosts can receive ordinary connection information associated with the request.
Security and retention
Toolshub uses the controls available in the website and its configured service providers, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep administrator credentials private, use trusted devices, and sign out of administrative sessions when finished.
Utility inputs are not retained by Toolshub's calculator or other browser utility code after the page is closed. Administrator session tokens remain in browser local storage until the session is cleared or replaced. Data saved through authorized administration and technical logs are subject to the relevant database, hosting, and provider retention settings; those periods are not established by this code repository.
Privacy questions and requests
For privacy questions and data-related requests, contact Toolshub using the email address below. Do not send passwords or authentication tokens in a privacy request.
Children's privacy
Toolshub is a general tool-discovery website and is not designed to request personal information from children. The application does not include a child-directed data-collection flow. If you believe a child has provided personal information through an administrative or other service interaction, use the privacy contact address above to request a review.
Visitors from other countries
Toolshub can be visited from different countries. Hosting, network, and configured third-party services may process information in the locations where those providers operate or configure their systems. The applicable providers' terms and settings determine those locations and any related transfers; the deployment and project data-region settings have not been verified here.
Changes and general information
This policy may be updated when the website or its service configuration changes. The date at the top indicates when this version was prepared; review this page periodically for changes.
